Services Provided
U.S. Translation Company delivers professional translation, interpretation, localization, accessibility, and related language solutions. Services are performed by qualified linguists and project managers following industry standards, including ISO-certified processes where applicable.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are based on project scope, language pair(s), word count, complexity, and delivery timelines. Pricing may vary if project specifications change after confirmation. Written approval is required before any additional charges are incurred.
Turnaround Times
Delivery schedules are confirmed at the time of project acceptance. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, client delays, or issues outside our reasonable control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate source materials, instructions, and reference materials as needed. U.S. Translation Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or unclear source content.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and communications. All staff and contractors are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Confidentiality obligations continue after project completion.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their source materials and final deliverables. Translation memories and glossaries developed during projects may be shared with the client upon request. U.S. Translation Company retains the right to maintain anonymized, non-identifiable project data for internal quality control.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the agreed payment period (typically 30 days from invoice date) unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges as allowed by law.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work already completed at the time of cancellation will be invoiced proportionally, including any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Limitation of Liability
U.S. Translation Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Utah state and federal courts.
