Ultradent’s distributors were expected to handle translations alongside sales, but this approach was unsustainable.
Manuals often took up to 44 weeks to translate and approve, stalling product imports and halting sales. Timelines were missed, quality was inconsistent, and Ultradent’s U.S. team was stuck managing linguists instead of focusing on product innovation.
