Total Life Changes (TLC), a network marketing company based in Michigan, hosts frequent distributor meetings across the U.S. and abroad to train and introduce new product lines.
With events expanding globally, TLC needed a cost-effective way to provide interpretation services without flying interpreters to every meeting. We delivered a remote solution that reduced expenses and kept multilingual participants engaged.

The problem
TLC’s global growth required frequent multilingual events, but sending interpreters on-site for each meeting drove up costs for flights, hotels, and related expenses.
They needed a flexible system that allowed interpreters to work remotely while still providing attendees with clear, reliable interpretation on the ground.
Our solution
We provided TLC with a remote interpretation setup that allowed interpreters to work from home while attendees accessed translations through receivers and headsets as if interpreters were onsite.
To ensure success, we also deployed an on-site technician to manage the equipment and an on-site project manager for the first U.S. meeting.
This guaranteed a smooth experience for attendees and minimized risk for TLC’s events team.
