The problem
As Kyäni’s conventions expanded in size and scope, their interpretation needs became more complex.
Renting headsets repeatedly for large-scale events was costly, and managing interpreters across six languages risked logistical breakdowns.
The client needed a reliable partner who could deliver end-to-end interpretation services while reducing costs and ensuring scalability.
Our solution
We provided interpreters specialized in live event delivery and supplied all necessary equipment, including headsets, booths (tabletop and freestanding), and AV systems.
To cut costs for the client, we advised them to purchase their own headsets, which proved more efficient given their frequency of use.
